As the Registrar, they are responsible for managing all aspects of student enrollment, records, and academic data. Key duties include processing new student registrations, maintaining academic transcripts, managing enrollment records, overseeing graduation requirements, and preparing reports. The Registrar works closely with teachers and administrators to ensure student records are up to date and accurate, and they assist families with questions regarding enrollment, academic progress, and other administrative matters.  They serve as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff, ensuring a friendly, professional, and helpful atmosphere. Duties include answering phone calls, greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, directing messages, scheduling appointments, and handling day-to-day office tasks such as filing, sorting mail, and maintaining school supplies.

Enrollment Process

All parents/guardians must visit the school in person to start and complete the enrollment process. This allows us to ensure a smooth transition for your child and answer any questions you may have about our academic and spiritual programs.

Steps to Enroll:

  1. Visit the School Office to submit required documents and finalize enrollment.

Required Documents for Enrollment:

  • Proof of Address (utility bill, lease agreement, or mortgage statement)
  • Certified or Registered Birth Certificate (original or certified copy)
  • Florida Certificate of Immunization (up-to-date shot records)
  • Student's Social Security Card (original or copy)
  • Florida Student Physical (completed within the past year)
  • Parent/Guardian's Photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport)
  • Report Card from Previous School (for students transferring from another school)

Please note: Enrollment is not considered complete until all documents have been received and verified.
